Starting in 2022, continuing throughout 2023 and into 2024, the Australian Government has been rolling out the biggest employment relations changes we’ve seen since Fair Work was introduced in 2009. They’re here, they’re mandatory, and whether you employ one person or thousands, this impacts you.
