How does Employee Matters Work?
When you come on board with Employee Matters, you’ll get a welcome from our Managing Director, Natasha Hawker, and an introduction to your dedicated Employee Expert.
Your Employee Expert will then meet up with you to discuss your HR issues and begin creating a bespoke solution for you. They’ll also set a time to complete data gathering for our Employee Metrics HR diagnostic tool.
Over the next few weeks, your Expert will complete the diagnostic report, determining your ‘traffic light’ risk indicator and providing recommended actions. They will then discuss your HR Roadmap, which is a one-year strategic plan for your organisation.
Once your plan is in place, we’ll work together to establish your monthly hours of HR support, through an initial meeting discussing the scope of work, plans and next steps, and the end goal. You’ll receive progress check-ins and reporting, as well as transparency in how your monthly hours have been used.
