Meet your dedicated Recruitment Expert
Your dedicated Recruitment Expert will meet with you to:
- Set out the Recruitment Partner process with you
- Understand your short-term and medium-term recruitment needs using our Recruitment Calculator
- Understand how you wish the relationship to grow in terms of:
- Regular contact
- Our points of contact within your organisation
- How we can support/enhance your existing processes
- Reporting requirements
- Set up a time to commence immediate recruitment projects
Taking Job Briefs
Your Recruitment Expert will meet with you to commence immediate individual recruitment projects by:
- Taking a detailed Job Brief to understand the roles you wish to recruit for, your requirements, and to get to know the culture and make up of your business
- Agree with you which parts of the recruitment process you require our support for — the entire process or selected stages
- Agree the recruitment project timetables, accountabilities and deliverables at each stage, and progress reporting schedule
Complete your Recruitment Projects
