Founded in 2011 by Natasha and Mark Hawker, Employee Matters was created to fill a gap in the market, offering organisations access to crucial HR and Recruitment expertise precisely when it’s needed. Recognising the challenges and frustrations owners and managers faced, Natasha pivoted her successful career towards founding Employee Matters, with the goal of helping organisations maximise productivity and profitability through their employees.
