How We Work
When you choose our outsourced HR services, Employee Matters will be your HR partner, helping you develop a solution for your burning issues. We will embed an Employee Expert into your organisation, who acts as your in-house, outsourced HR specialist. Here’s how it works when you agree to work with us on ‘Achieving Success Through Your People’:
Starting Your HR Journey
At the start of your HR journey with us, you can expect:
- A welcome from our Managing Director, Natasha Hawker
- Details about your Employee Expert
- Information on how you have helped with our giving program, just by signing up to our services
- Your Employee Expert to be in touch to meet with you and commence your HR journey with us
Meet your dedicated Expert
Your dedicated Employee Expert will then meet up with you to:
- Discuss your burning HR issue and make a start on resolving this for you
- Set up a time to complete data gathering for our Employee Metrics HR diagnostic tool
- Arrange for your other free resources to be delivered
Setting you up for success
Over the next few weeks your Employee Expert will:
- Work with you to resolve your burning HR issue
- Complete the Employee Metrics diagnostic report with a ‘traffic light’ risk indicator and recommended actions
- Agree your HR Roadmap; a one-year strategic HR plan for your organisation
Kickstart your journey with HR pathways
With your plan in place we can agree your monthly hours of HR support and your Expert will:
- Conduct an initial meeting, covering scope of work, plans/strategies/next steps, end goal
- Work with you to deliver our promise
