Provision of 8 hours of HR Support per month, through an experienced Employee Expert to include provision of general HR service.
This service provides you with a dedicated employee expert who works with you every month to develop and implement a people strategy for your business. They understand your business and your employees and can help you at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
In addition to the HR Support you will also receive
- 2x Employee Metrics reports over the 12 month service period
- HR Roadmap – your 12 month HR Strategic Plan
- 1 hour consultation with one of our Recruitment Experts
- 5 Copies of ‘From Hire to Fire and Everything in Between’ – your HR bible to gift to your people managers
- Discounts on Recruitment services (terms and conditions apply)
The monthly retainer will be reviewed at least annually, but you will have the flexibility to end the arrangement at any time with one month’s notice.
SERVICE TERMS
All Prices are exclusive of GST.
The hours of support per month detailed in this service are the minimum hours which will be charged per month. Any additional hours required and worked in a particular month to be charged at $341+GST per hour.
Invoices will be issued and paid in advance for the minimum hours period, with any additional hours charges incurred, to be included on following month’s invoice.
The recruitment consultation must be utilised within 2 months of acceptance of this proposal.
